At Realism, we stand by the quality of our garments and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We aim to make your exchange or refund process as seamless as the fit of our clothing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
